Cornerstone University seeks experienced course designers to develop engaging online modules for its new business degree program. Cornerstone University will provide the topic to be developed.
Responsibilities:
- Design a weekly module within a 3-4 week contract period.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, including:
- A 60-minute lecture script.
- Integration of relevant open-source textbook content.
- A Q&A script fostering student engagement.
- Links to external videos and articles enriching the learning experience.
- Written assignment prompts for assessment purposes.
- Ensure all materials are infused with a sophisticated and faithful Christian worldview, aligning with the University's mission and values.
Compensation:
- $725 per weekly lesson plan.
- Potential for ongoing contract renewals based on performance.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in business administration.
- Ability to develop content across a broad range of business disciplines, including

- Strong understanding of online pedagogy and best practices in instructional design.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Candidates will be asked if they are authorized to work in the US.
- The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to excellence in teaching their discipline with a Christian Worldview.
- Podcasting or other script development experience preferred.
- Each candidate must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, be active in a local church and espouse a theology that supports the values and mission of Cornerstone University as evidenced by fully affirming the university’s doctrinal statement, “The Cornerstone Confession”.
