The Role:
As Vizcom’s first Customer Support Specialist, you'll be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer support while building the foundation for our support function as we scale. You'll have the unique opportunity to shape how we interact with and serve our customers, establishing processes that will define our support excellence for years to come.
How You’ll Do It:
Serve as our primary support specialist, handling customer inquiries across all channels with expertise and care
Design and implement foundational support processes that help us deliver a world-class customer experience
Create comprehensive knowledge base content that enables customer success
Implement and optimize support tools to drive efficiency and satisfaction
Analyze support data to identify trends and advocate for customer needs with our product team
Build strong partnerships with engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues effectively
Set and track key support metrics to continuously improve our customer experience
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of customer support experience in a technical environment
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a keen eye for process improvement
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
Proactive approach to identifying and solving customer pain points
Experience working with modern support platforms
Technical aptitude and ability to grasp complex product functionality quickly
Data-driven mindset with focus on measurable improvements
[Ideally] Experience with industrial design principles, processes, and tools

Compensation:
The salary range targeted for this position is USD $80k - $130k. This role is eligible for equity.
The actual offer is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
