Role Description
This is a full-time remote role (with travel), for a Learning & Development, Strategy & Engagement candidate for a growing Edtech organization. The role involves tasks related to training & development, learning management, instructional design, communication, and coaching to enhance employee engagement and performance.
You will be accountable for leading and developing a team of learning professionals such as instructional designers, trainers/facilitators, and program managers. With your guidance, your team owns learning analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of designated learning projects and programs
· Works with the Director and other L&D leaders to create and implement strategic plans for assigned learning programs for specific lines of business.
· Leads the resources responsible for design, development, implementation, and measurement of engaging and interactive learning solutions.
· Utilizes learning consulting skills to analyze business performance issues and determine effective interventions.
· Provides high-quality and creative learning design consultation utilizing multiple learning methods and innovation.
Qualifications
· 7+ years' experience working in a fast-paced, agile L&D business organization
· 5+ years' experience managing L&D specialists in a fast-paced environment
· Strategic thinker, with ability to quickly assess and summarize information and effectively identify issues or risks and potential resolutions.
- Training & Development and Learning Management skills
- Instructional Design expertise
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Experience in employee engagement and strategy development
- Ability to work independently and remotely
· Proficient with Microsoft Suite products and other L&D technology tools, LMS, Content Mgmt., Adobe Suite and Rise
- · Able to travel up to 25%.
$90K-$130K, DOE, Benefits include medical and dental, 401(k) plans, PTO, flexible vacation policy.
