Overview:
We are seeking a consultant to support the initial planning phase of several upcoming courses for recent CS graduates and professionals in the workplace. The consultant will focus on leveraging industry expertise to shape content strategies and course designs that prepare learners for practical, real-world applications in technical and business contexts. Our ideal candidate has strong communication skills, subject matter expertise, practical experience, and preferably training/teaching/writing skills.
Scrum and Agile Methodologies Subject Matter Expert Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Recommend content and structure for a Scrum/Agile course, with potential expansions into specialized Agile topics (e.g., Kanban, scaled Agile frameworks).
- Provide guidance on how Agile principles can be applied in various organizational settings.
Requirements:
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Experience designing or teaching technical content for a diverse learner audience.
- Strong ability to translate complex concepts into approachable learning material.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour
