Our People Experience (PX) team leads PowerSchool’s human-resources function, equipping and encouraging PowerSchoolers to reach their potential while driving business results. The PX team manages the organization’s global workforce infrastructure; supports the overall employee experience; and attracts, develops, and retains talent.
Responsibilities:
The Talent Development team designs and implements work-related training and development programs to onboard new employees and improve employees' skills.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
- Support the design and curation of training content for global teams, with a focus on manager enablement and leadership development.
- Source, curate, and promote resources from platforms like LinkedIn Learning, creating a self-service learning culture.
- Contribute to global employee onboarding, ensuring new hires receive effective training that integrates them into the company culture.
- Assist with instructor-led trainings and workshops on topics such as performance management, engagement, and talent development.
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations and reports, working cross-functionally and across time zones for a diverse impact.
- Thrive in an entry-level role designed for growth within Learning & Development, with access to mentorship and upskilling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 1 year or more of relevant and related work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and experience working with learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to manage content across various learning platforms, with strong organizational skills.
- Comfort working across time zones and adapting to global team needs.
- Background or interest in learning & development, HR, or instructional design is beneficial.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for supporting people development.

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $60,700 - $78,000 USD. This compensation range is specific to the United States and it incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
