Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced eLearning and Development Specialist. In this role, you'll contribute directly by creating learning courses and documentation for both internal and external customers to further our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of either home healthcare and/or service industry operations, and the ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our software solution
Responsibilities:
· Assess internal and external training needs through surveys, interviews, and focus groups
· Design and develop customized training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and job aids
· Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, ensuring their teams are proficient in using our software platforms effectively.
· Deliver engaging and effective training programs both in-person and virtually
· Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and make recommendations for continuous improvement
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure training programs align with organizational goals and objectives
· Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in learning and development
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications a plus.
· 5 years proven experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques
· Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline or Adobe Captivate
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
