Do you enjoy helping customers succeed with software? Are you ready to drive digital adoption and improve onboarding processes for a global customer base?
In this role you will onboard new customers and create programs to ensure that they get value out of Vectorworks within their first 90 days. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver impactful learning paths targeting specific personas in the Architecture, Landscape and Entertainment industries. You will also develop tailored onboarding experiences for key accounts.
The Customer Engagement team takes care of customers in North America, Europe, and Canada throughout their customer journey to ensure that they effectively use Vectorworks software by focusing on onboarding, nurturing, and retention strategies.
During this role you will:
- Onboard new customers ensuring they are set up and ready to use Vectorworks effectively to meet their goals.
- Create and deliver training plans tailored to varying customer proficiency levels.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with technical support and training teams to design learning paths and improve customer engagement.
- Gather customer feedback to identify common challenges and share insights with the sales team.

A background with Vectorworks or similar 3D design or CAD software in an academic or professional setting is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone that is ready to get up to speed quickly.

Compensation:
Annual base salary of 50,000 – 60,000 USD. Eligible for company performance bonuses.
Salary offer is determined by evaluation of candidate skills and experience during the interview process based on the criteria outlined in the job advertisement above.
