POSITION SUMMARY:The Training Coordinator provides support for NuScale’s training program and processes. This includes scheduling and facilitating training courses, documenting training attendance and completions, processing training records, and various activities in the learning management system. The Training Coordinator will collaborate with Instructional Designers to ensure that course materials reflect current requirements and policies. The position will also assist in the administration of the learning management system and its content.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with NuScale instructors and training team members to schedule instructor led training courses and provide registration information and course materials to attendees.
- Create Webex meetings for instructor led training session(s) and email meeting link and course materials to training session participants.
- Create and process training attendance records for instructor led training sessions.
- Facilitate and provide support for instructor led training sessions.
- Navigate and use various software applications including: ARAS PLM, Learning Management System software, PowerPoint, WebEx, SharePoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Complete various administrative functions in learning management system software including: activating and deactivating user accounts, creating and revising curricula, creating and updating courses with document revisions, creating and updating instructor led training sessions, and processing instructor led training course completions.
- Coordinate with Instructional Designer(s) and Training Manager regarding any changes to NuScale Training materials, programs and Training Intranet (SharePoint) site.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES:
- Education: A minimum of an Associate’s degree is required. Alternatively, an additional 2 years (4 years total) of highly relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience working with a Learning Management System or other relational database is required. Must be proficient in MS Office suite and using web/video-based systems. Experience working with regulatory requirements and training preferred.
- Industry Requirements: Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
- Quality Assurance: Understanding of quality assurance regulations, standards, and guidelines of 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.

Pay and Benefits:
The target pay range for this position is $66,534 - $80,315.The full pay range is $59,665 - $93,313.
