Index Analytics is seeking an experienced Training Development Lead to work with the Product Management team on a Fraud, Waster, and Abuse software development and user support program. to work with a SAFe Agile program focused on products that assist Healthcare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) investigators. The role will lead training development and support activities. This includes stakeholder communications and assuring appropriate Agile teams produce products of value to the customer.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead all aspects of a programs training development and instruction design, including coordinating activities across multiple product teams, ensuring the successful delivery of on-demand training which largely replaces virtual, instructor led training.
- The role will also lead the development of Quick Reference Guides and interactive user group sessions.
- Develop and maintain stakeholder and customer relationships.
- Communicate with stakeholders any changes to program scope and timelines in a timely manner.
- Utilize influential skills to identify and deliver customer vision and drive multiple products to successful outcomes, with the ability to shape customer success outcomes and metrics.
- Serve as a trusted partner and advise customers on strategic vision and direction.
- Oversee the products, ensuring compliance, timeliness, and that the solution meets both the customers and users need within a highly complex environment.
- Identify issues and conflicts while problem solving solutions, strategically turning barriers into opportunities.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation techniques in a timely manner.
- Guide product teams to success by driving product strategy and implementing product best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team while promoting an inclusive, collaborative, and positive team culture.
- Collaborate with Engineering Managers to align team activities with product vision and business goals.
- Drive efficient processes and standards to enable team success and maintain high product standards
- Participate in resource planning and recruitment activities to scale the team as necessary
- Bachelors degree
- 15+ years delivering training and instructional design.
- 5+ years of experience managing trainers and instructional designers.
- 5+ years delivering VILT training and managing delivery of same.
- Master trainer certifications such as ATD Master Trainer and Instructional Designer.
- Knowledge of ADDIE concepts.
- Customer facing experience.
The salary range provided represents the estimated compensation for new hires in this position, applicable across all locations. Actual offers may vary based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and market conditions.
