The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Consultant to join a high-performing, people-first business during a period of strong growth. Off the back of a successful year and continued investment across the business, this role will be instrumental in driving performance, developing talent, and scaling capability across a 360 sales environment.
This is a hands-on, commercially focused L&D role where you’ll work closely with leadership and high-performing consultants to deliver measurable improvements in performance and revenue.

New York Office
New York is the largest of our four US offices, we have an entire floor, in the heart of FiDi (Financial District) Manhattan, around the corner from Fulton Street Station, which is perfectly positioned for commuters from Brooklyn, Jersey and Manhattan. The office is surrounded by all the amenities you could need and boasts enviable views of Brooklyn Bridge and One World Trade to name a few.
The role:
• Delivering onboarding and advanced training programmes
• Running workshops, role plays, and desk coaching sessions
• Supporting consultants across all levels of the business
• Partnering with leadership to identify skill gaps and improve performance
• Using KPIs and business data to continuously improve training outcomes
What we’re looking for:
• Experience within Learning & Development in recruitment or sales
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills
• Background within 360 recruitment environments
• Commercial awareness and performance-driven mindset
• Strong organization and stakeholder management skills
