Job Posting: Online Curriculum Content Creator (Grades 3-5)
Are you passionate about education and specialized in creating engaging, high-quality content for Grades 3-5 students? We are seeking subject-area specialists to develop online curriculum for core subjects: Math, Language Arts, Science, or Social Studies. This content will support students in distance learning, fully virtual classrooms, as well as intervention and supplemental classroom use.

What We’re Looking For
- Expertise in one specific subject area (Math, Language Arts, Science, or Social Studies).
- If you have multiple specializations, rank them in order of preference and explain your qualifications for each.
- Creativity in designing content tailored to an online audience of Grades 3-5 students.
- Strong knowledge of educational standards and practices, with the ability to create content that is rigorous, engaging, and age-appropriate.
- Experience working with AI tools and creating AI prompts as part of the content creation process.
- Familiarity with distance learning or virtual education is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and write curriculum content for Grades 3-5 in your specialized subject area.
- Utilize AI tools effectively for content creation, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Create AI prompts that support the development of student-centered and standards-aligned learning materials.
- Ensure content is student-friendly, interactive, and aligned with educational standards.
- Collaborate with editors and instructional designers to refine content for optimal student engagement and understanding.

- Selective Interview Task: After reviewing recorded videos, selected candidates will be invited to complete an Interview Task:
- Develop a lesson plan for one of the provided topics in your subject area and grade level.
- Submit a detailed, engaging, standards-aligned plan using our provided template.
- You will present your plan and instructional choices during the interview.
Note: This interview process is intentionally thorough to ensure candidates meet the high standards of our curriculum development. If you find this process time-consuming, we recommend not applying.
Reminder Note: We are seeking individuals with classroom experience in core subjects for grades 3–5 who also have expertise in curriculum development. While AI can be a useful tool, it cannot fully replace the depth and quality of instructional text created by skilled educators.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
