Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR - Learning & Organizational Development Partner at Reza group head office. While primarily based in Jeddah, the role offers flexibility and require to travel frequently if needed.
As an LOD you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of a strategically aligned learning, performance and organizational development service and initiatives. Ensuring that people are developed and supported with a view to enhancing individual and team performance, in turn supporting the delivery of strategic objectives identified in Reza Investment company. Additionally, supports the HR department in handling various HR-related tasks to promote an agile work environment.
Your key responsibilities :
To build and promote a strong learning culture. To work with the wider HR team and relevant stakeholders to influence and actively be involved in the design and implementation of learning and development activities. To support the HR Management and work alongside HR Partners and officers to carry out learning needs analysis across Reza group to understand all aspects of training and learning development required.
Performance Management:
• Maintain, develop and monitor the appraisal process, ensuring that key performance objectives are established along with an up-to-date development plan, embedding CPD and ensuring the quality of appraisal documentation;
• Test, roll out and provide ongoing support for our new online appraisal system;
• Develop a range of strategic performance and development initiatives that support a high-performance culture within Reza.
Leadership and Management Development
• Support the development and roll-out of initiatives to enhance leadership skills and capabilities across Reza group
• Participate in the planning and delivery of interventions that motivate and encourage accountable and confident leadership (for example behavioral competencies, 360 degree feedback).
Learning, Development & Training
• Plan and organize training schedules
• Undertake internal diagnosis and develop, design and implement staff development programmers that fit with business plans
• Understand strengths, weaknesses and development needs across Reza group.
• Understand adult learning styles, training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods and group facilitation to enable the best approach and design of OD plans and activities.
• Work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff; agree interventions and support for such plans.
• Market available training opportunities to employees and providing necessary information.
• Support and manage the L&OD budget effectively with cost efficiency in mind.
Change Management Support
• Support work of organizational change agendas, help plan and communicate as required.
• Continuously look for performance improvement opportunities, forming solutions and innovative ways to improve working methods (both internally within HR and across the wider business)
• Understand and assess risk within change activities undertaken.
Diversity and Inclusion
• Advise and support with diversity and inclusion matters, creating programs training and values around this;
• Understand external trends and how best practice can increase diversity amongst the workforce;
• Support the HR Management in any work with external agencies and advisors on diversity related initiatives, if required;
HR Team
• As part of the HR team, manage, develop, support and implement key objectives, policies and initiatives and promote strategic, business-focused ways of working, reviewing performance and driving improvement;
• Assist the HR Management and the wider team with strategic planning, policy development and projects as required.

• Ensure the confidentiality of records and the security of resources for which the role is accountable;

• Keep abreast of current trends and thinking within the field of Learning and Organizational Development, and best practice within human resources management.

- In addition to the above areas of responsibility the position maybe required to undertake any other reasonable duties relating to the broad scope of the position.
As an Applicant, you are expected to bring:
- National applicant is highly preferred
- Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Human Resources, Public Administration).
- Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or equivalent
- Proven +7 year of work experience managing Learning/OD projects as L& D lead, Training lead or similar.
- Familiarity with HR policies and employee benefits
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing government-related documents and HR records.
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is essential, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a fast-based and high-volume industry is a plus. Such as : manufacturing, construction.
- Experience in GCC is a plus .
