- Analyze client training needs and develop customized L&D solutions.
- Prepare professional training proposals, including objectives, methodologies, and strategies.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure competitive and effective training solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of training programs and ensure their effectiveness.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in corporate training and learning technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in Learning & Development and corporate training.
- Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong stakeholder management.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or e-learning platforms is a plus.
- Salary: 15,000 SAR per month (including all allowances)
