Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and sustain learning programs for employees, focusing on learning & development, leadership development, and employee experience.
- Support new store training strategies and regional training assessments.
- Coordinate training setup in the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage translation of materials if needed.
- Audit training practices in stores to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Provide data analytics on training metrics.
- Facilitate virtual classes and train-the-trainer sessions.
- Instruct various courses, present at conferences, and host online and in-person trainings.
- Research L&D trends and revise training curriculum accordingly.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in program design and delivery.
- Partner with business subject matter experts to create learning materials.
- Evaluate effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent experience.
- Intermediate/Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of LMS and reporting capabilities.
- Self-motivated, deadline-driven, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2+ years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and web design.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and content development.
- Video editing and graphics design skills are a plus.
- Fluency in English required, French language skills preferred.
