About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to serve as a key resource for training system users on our client's software platform. This role will play a critical part in designing training plans, facilitating live and self-paced training sessions, and helping new users successfully adopt the system.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop training plans and conduct training classes
Create both live, instructor-led training and self-paced training content
Lead the design and development of software training materials and content
Facilitate and coordinate training sessions

Requirements:

5+ years of training experience, including conducting live online training and developing training plans
Ability to pass a standard background check and travel quarterly

Preferred:

Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
Organizational change management experience
