About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Software Trainer to serve as a key resource for training system users on our client's software platform. This role will play a critical part in designing training plans, facilitating live and self-paced training sessions, and helping new users successfully adopt the system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop training plans and conduct training classes
- Create both live, instructor-led training and self-paced training content
- Lead the design and development of software training materials and content
- Facilitate and coordinate training sessions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of training experience, including conducting live online training and developing training plans
- Ability to pass a standard background check and travel quarterly
Preferred:
- Degree preferred but not required; relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Organizational change management experience
