This is a pipeline posting to build a network of talented Digital Learning Designers for future opportunities. Description of the Roles We Recruit For:

We are looking for professionals who can design and develop world-class digital learning experiences. The responsibilities in these roles typically include:

Designing and developing various digital learning formats (eLearning modules, videos, simulations) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
Managing and maintaining content within various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Applying principles of instructional design and user experience to create effective learning content.
Working within an AGILE/SCRUM framework to manage projects and meet deadlines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in a digital learning design or eLearning development role.
Strong proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate, SAP EnableNow, and Camtasia.
Good working knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and project management tools (Jira).
Asset: Experience with enterprise software (e.g., DMS, ERP, accounting systems).
Note: Many of our clients value experience and potential over formal academic qualifications.
