Job title: Instructional Designer

Responsibilities:

Analyze training needs and objectives to determine appropriate instructional strategies and content delivery methods
Design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and assessments
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and validate content
Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning materials
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of instructional content
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in instructional design and technology-enhanced learning
Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Job Description:

Design and develop all tactical training materials, including presentation decks, reference guides, and hands-on lab exercises.
Build specific technical scenarios and exercise files tailored to Google Gemini Enterprise, Copilot Studio, AgentBricks.
Support the logistical preparation and execution of the interactive workshops and training sessions

Project Scope: Upskill internal employees on how to use AI tools. Will be responsible for building training materials - Videos, office hours, learning labs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in instructional design and development, preferably in a corporate or educational setting
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
Strong knowledge of e-learning authoring tools, learning management systems, and multimedia technologies
