Job Summary:

Join Kelly Services as a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator, supporting enterprise learning initiatives for Canadian Branch Banking—all from the comfort of your home! As part of a collaborative team of 10, you’ll work remotely (Eastern Standard Time). This exciting contract role leverages your expertise in Cornerstone SumTotal LMS, helping drive impactful learning programs for a dynamic workforce.

Location: 100% Remote (Eastern Standard Time)
Pay Rate: $45–$57/hr + 4% vacation pay
Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday (no overtime or rotation)
Duration: Mar 2/26 – Oct 16/26 (possible extension)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead audience scoping and documentation, collaborating with course owners and stakeholders
Build and perform quality checks on LMS audiences
Process incoming learning needs and LMS maintenance requests
Configure and maintain courses within the SumTotal LMS (e-learning, instructor-led, virtual learning)
Partner with Learning Solutions, Program Managers, Designers, and HR data teams
Promote LMS best practices and ensure compliance with operational/regulatory standards
Complete necessary LMS specification documentation

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience with Cornerstone SumTotal LMS (ideally 5+ years)
Demonstrated LMS administration in enterprise settings
HR data interpretation skills for audience targeting
Experience with ticketing and workflow systems (ServiceNow, Jira) – training provided if needed
Meticulous attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Bonus: Banking/financial services experience, instructional design or HR, relevant certifications
Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education required
