JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE

Supports the seamless performance and operation of Samaritan Health Services (SHS) learning systems, including LMS administration, content delivery, reporting, and integrations. Provides timely, learner-focused support to promote a positive learning experience. Collaborates to develop, configure, and maintain high-quality online learning content in alignment with SHS standards and industry best practices. As a member of Learning Impact & Tech (LIT), ensures reliable learning technologies and services that strengthen learner success and advance organizational goals.

DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION

The Learning & Development department supports the development of necessary skills, knowledge, and competency across the SHS workforce and throughout the healthcare professional’s continuum of learning and development. The department cultivates a dynamic culture of continuous learning and professional growth, empowering SHS learners to deliver exceptional care and services through innovative learning programs and initiatives.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required.
One (1) year of experience in a position of similar responsibility and complexity in LMS support, technical support, instructional design, and/or customer service required.
Experience in LMSs, web/cloud-based systems, databases, reporting/analytic, or other eLearning platforms required.
Experience and/or training in Articulate, Adobe Creative Suite, or other instructional design tools required.
Experience and/or training in MS Office Suite required.
Experience and/or training with contracts preferred.
Healthcare industry experience preferred.
