We’re looking for a structured and communicative
Training Coordinator to support our client in planning and executing training programs within an ongoing project. You’ll play a key role in identifying training needs, mapping out development plans, and ensuring smooth delivery across different stakeholder groups.
This is a hands-on role where you'll coordinate system training, soft-skills development, and management-focused learning initiatives. You'll be the point of contact for both trainers and participants, keeping everything from schedules to materials and feedback in check.
Ready to make waves? This could be your perfect catch! 🌊
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team leader to plan annual training schedules for various user groups within the NG PLM program.
- Promote available training sessions and provide clear, timely information to participants.
- Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and identify skill gaps.
- Collect and summarize feedback from both trainers and participants after sessions.
- Keep training records and curriculum documentation up to date.
- Organize logistics: book training spaces, equipment, catering, etc.
- Manage communications before, during, and after training via email and SharePoint.
- Coordinate with trainers on session planning, material delivery, and follow-ups.
- Administer the NextGen PLM training mailbox.
- Handle access coordination to the training environment
Your profile
You’re a natural organizer who thrives in fast-moving environments. You can handle multiple tasks at once, communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, and always keep the bigger picture in mind. You’re proactive, reliable, and flexible when plans shift.
Experience with different types of training (technical, soft-skills, leadership) is a plus, and you're comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating events or trainings in a corporate setting.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods.
- Ability to manage the full training cycle (needs assessment to evaluation).
- Confident using or learning learning management systems and online training tools.
- Bachelor's degree in education, training, HR, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
This is a great opportunity to drive learning and development in a fast-paced, collaborative setting. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you! 🐟
