Title: Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Manager of Learning & Development in delivering high-quality educational programs for both internal teams and external clients. In this role, you will help design, build, and coordinate learning initiatives that enhance client experience, strengthen internal readiness, and uphold Enjoin’s commitment to excellence.
What you'll do:
Educational Content Development
- Plan, prioritize, and develop educational deliverables
- Research, prepare, and finalize materials in partnership with our Physician Team
- Coordinate and facilitate clinical coding education sessions
- Support the delivery of retail educational services
- Submit CEU documentation (AHIMA, ACDIS, AAPC)
- Manage educational communications including webinars, client inquiries, and portal content
- Maintain and update educational content resources
- Manage client Knowledge Assessments
- Support LMS content development and upkeep
- Track and analyze attendance for educational sessions
Clinical & Regulatory Guidance
- Submit, monitor, and archive questions to AHA Coding Clinic
- Monitor and analyze federal guidance (IPPS, CMS compliance, CMS-HCCs, quality measures)
- Summarize regulatory updates for internal teams and clients
Internal Training & Onboarding
- Coordinate and support onboarding agendas for new hires
- Assist with the development and maintenance of pre-employment assessments
Collaboration & Relationship Building
- Partner with service lines to ensure client deliverables are met
- Schedule and host internal and external meetings
- Support problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration
- Build strong client relationships to support satisfaction, retention, and growth
- Collaborate with leadership, managers, and external stakeholders
Operational Excellence & Strategy
- Integrate company strategy, procedures, and policies into daily operations
- Ensure accuracy of all data, communication, and work products
- Contribute process improvement ideas
- Uphold company standards and expectations
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Equivalent relevant experience considered
- 2–4 years of experience in an acute hospital setting
- 2–4 years of experience developing content or managing schedules
- Project management experience (preferred)
- Experience with LMS platforms (preferred)
- Knowledge of MS-DRG / APR-DRG systems (preferred)
- Preferred certifications: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CCDS, CDIP, CCDS-O, or CRC

Work Environment:
- This is a full-time remote position. General hours of work are Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
- Work is generally sedentary, requiring long periods at workstation.
- Must have a reliable internet connection, phone, and a dedicated, secure workspace to ensure adherence to HIPAA Privacy and Security policies and procedures when viewing Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Enjoin provides a laptop and other necessary resources to perform duties.
