The opportunity: Learning and Development Manager

Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a motivatedLearning and Development Manager to join our Global Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, creating content for, and managing the end-to-end delivery of high-impact training programs that enhance employee skills and overall organizational performance.
This exciting role requires a strong combination of facilitation skills, project management expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement in learning and development.
Business fluency in English is a requirement for this position.
What You'll Do
In this role, you will:
- Manage the full training project lifecycle, including creation, execution, monitoring, and evaluation, ensuring programs are delivered on time and within scope.
- Design and Develop content for training programs, collaborating closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards and business objectives by acting as a key point of contact for the Global Talent Center of Excellence (CoE) across multiple business units.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
- Significant relevant experience in the Learning & Development (L&D) field, covering planning, facilitation, content design, and project or program management.
- Strong knowledge of effective facilitation techniques and training design principles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams indirectly.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, leveraging strong project leadership and agile skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or a relevant certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Association for Talent Development (ATD) certification.
- Business fluency in English is essential.
