Work Model:
What You Will Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned to business and operational goals
- Champion a culture of learning to drive employee growth, performance, and retention across stores and corporate functions
- Oversee design rollout and continuous improvement of training programs across the organization
- Partner cross-functionally to identify skill gaps, training needs, and career pathway opportunities, and lead leadership development programs
- Build relationships with external partners and manage vendors' budgets and training resources
- Define and track performance metrics using data insights to improve training effectiveness while leading the T&D team and ensuring alignment with brand and operational standards
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, education, business, or related field
- 10 plus years of progressive training and development experience, including at least 5 years in leadership, preferably in retail or consumer-facing environments
- Proven ability to lead large-scale learning initiatives and change management programs across multi-location operations
- Experience with LMS digital learning platforms, instructional design, and performance metrics
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Preferred experience building career pathways and partnering with external organizations to expand training programs
