Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, development, and continuous evolution of OPTOMAN's Superhero Academy, ensuring it becomes a scalable and impactful talent growth ecosystem.
- Own and coordinate all Superhero Academy streams, including Talent Lab internships, Upskilling, Mentorship, and Internal Mobility programs.
- Design and implement learning and development initiatives that support business goals, employee growth, and organizational capability building.
- Identify learning and development needs across departments and translate them into effective development solutions.
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and teams.
- Act as OPTOMAN's Learning & Development expert and trusted advisor, providing guidance on learning, growth, and talent development initiatives.
- Own and further develop the LMS platform, ensuring its effective utilization, adoption, and alignment with Superhero Academy objectives.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, leveraging data, AI-driven solutions, and modern learning practices to continuously improve employee experience and business impact.
- Drive quality, consistency, and scalability across learning programs while managing key stakeholders and strategic development projects.

Required Superpowers
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR Project Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience building internal learning academies, employee development programs, onboarding structures, or capability-building initiatives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience working with LMS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Ability to influence leaders and colleagues without formal authority.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making.
- High level of ownership and accountability.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and passion for emerging learning technologies and AI applications in learning and development.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Fluent English and Lithuanian communication skills.
