Responsibilities

Lead the implementation, development, and continuous evolution of OPTOMAN's Superhero Academy, ensuring it becomes a scalable and impactful talent growth ecosystem.
Own and coordinate all Superhero Academy streams, including Talent Lab internships, Upskilling, Mentorship, and Internal Mobility programs.
Design and implement learning and development initiatives that support business goals, employee growth, and organizational capability building.
Identify learning and development needs across departments and translate them into effective development solutions.
Partner with leaders and managers to identify capability gaps and create targeted development plans for individuals and teams.
Act as OPTOMAN's Learning & Development expert and trusted advisor, providing guidance on learning, growth, and talent development initiatives.
Own and further develop the LMS platform, ensuring its effective utilization, adoption, and alignment with Superhero Academy objectives.
Measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, leveraging data, AI-driven solutions, and modern learning practices to continuously improve employee experience and business impact.
Drive quality, consistency, and scalability across learning programs while managing key stakeholders and strategic development projects.

Required Superpowers

Previous experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, HR Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience building internal learning academies, employee development programs, onboarding structures, or capability-building initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with LMS platforms.
Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
Ability to influence leaders and colleagues without formal authority.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision making.
High level of ownership and accountability.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Curiosity and passion for emerging learning technologies and AI applications in learning and development.
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
Fluent English and Lithuanian communication skills.
