Role Description The Enterprise Learning Systems Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg, MB, responsible for managing and optimizing the organization’s learning management systems across all divisions. This role involves configuring and maintaining LMS platforms, uploading and organizing courses, managing user access, and troubleshooting system issues. The specialist collaborates with HR, operations, and subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that support employee development and compliance requirements. Daily activities include monitoring learning data and analytics, generating reports, and recommending improvements to training content and delivery methods. The role also supports end users through communication, guidance, and training on system functionality to ensure a consistent and efficient learning experience.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Learning Management and Learning Management Systems, including implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
- Experience in Training & Development, with a focus on designing and delivering effective learning programs for diverse employee groups.
- Proficiency in Instructional Design, including the creation and curation of engaging, learner-centered content and e-learning materials.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide clear guidance to system users.
- Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, IT, or a related field.
- Experience with enterprise HR or talent management systems, and comfort working with data, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Knowledge of agricultural or manufacturing environments is an asset, as is experience supporting geographically distributed teams.
