As the Head of Enablement, you'll be at the forefront of this transformation. You will build and lead a team of Customer Enablement Managers (CEMs) dedicated to helping our customers implement MEDDPICC and mOS (MEDDICC Operating System), our revolutionary SaaS platform that empowers teams to learn, practice, and operationalize MEDDPICC.
In this role, you'll guide the development and success of our CEM team and play a pivotal role in shaping the enablement strategies for our clients, making a tangible impact on their business outcomes.

Responsibilities of the role
- Building a team of A-Player Enablement pros dedicated to leveling our customers up, ensuring readiness for scale
- Being a key stakeholder in the development of our enablement products, such as
- mOS (MEDDICC Operating System),our SaaS platform
- EaaS (Enablement as a Service), our enablement product
- MEDDICC Enable, our industry-leading enablement programs, empowering our customers to enable their team with the ‘playbook’
- MEDDICC Measure, our customer performance tools, including the MEDDICC Maturity Model
- Building enablement roadmaps that maximize our customers' GTM maturity
- Partnering with your peers in the enablement space to always keep MEDDICC at the sharp end of best practice
- Leading the delivery of value to customers, underpinned by measurement
- Being the 'voice of the customer' back into the organization, infusing the ability to prioritize initiatives internally
- Raising the bar within our winning culture through cross-functional collaboration with the product, operations, media, and further revenue team.
- Leveraging experience within the Enablement Space to truly create a world-class Enablement function within MEDDICC that empowers our customers to get the most out of their MEDDICC Memberships

You’ll have confidence and conviction in your ability, enabling you to be able to liaise with the our customer’s C-Suite. From holding a QBR with a CRO, to introducing a CEO to the high-level concepts of our proposition.

The Package
As cliche as it may seem, the salary range for this role is broad. At MEDDICC, we value aptitude and passion as much as we do experience. We have a tremendous track record of adding talent with high potential to the team and growing together. Our CMO started as our first marketing hire and now leads a 15-person media team. Likewise, we value experience and understand the ROI it brings.
This is all to say that we believe this is a unique opportunity, and we know that for the right person, the package will take care of itself.
