We are seeking a Training Systems professional to support training quality, regulatory compliance, learning management systems, and training effectiveness within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with training programs, quality systems, LMS platforms, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and analyze moderately complex technical information and data related to training program quality indicators.
- Identify trends, root causes, and potential areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Develop presentations, procedures, and reports summarizing training trends and potential root causes.
- Develop and evaluate impact assessments related to Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
- Assess global and local requirements during the development of training courses, exams, and certification materials.
- Review and maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, revision control, and long-term sustainability.
- Analyze training course materials and recommend appropriate training effectiveness measures.
- Support Quality, Engineering, and Manufacturing projects as part of cross-functional technical teams.
- Interpret applicable regulations and standards related to training and implement appropriate compliance measures.
- Identify training-related root causes during initial non-conformance investigations and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop technical and non-technical instructional activities using various media and training tools.
- Develop and present training materials related to quality system processes.
- Analyze training data and establish criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of training activities.
- Perform ad hoc Learning Management System (LMS) functions to support business requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of relevant professional experience required.
- Experience in training systems, quality systems, LMS, regulatory compliance, or a regulated industry is preferred.
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or other FDA-regulated environments is a plus.
