The Role
As our Learning & Development Partner, your role will be all about creating and delivering impactful learning experiences. We’re seeking a dynamic individual to drive our training initiatives, program development, delivery and content creation. You’ll collaborate with the HR team and wider business to craft engaging content, plan program logistics, and ensure effective delivery!

What will you be doing?
Programme Development
- Collaborating to create content that aligns with learning objectives, planning operational elements of delivery (from room booking to communications), and coordinating with suppliers and external training providers when necessary
Programme Delivery
- Delivering/hosting a range of learning sessions, from internal events to the delivery of soft skills training to the expansion of induction support
- Coaching of employees and managers through 'coach to coach' sessions, particularly within Digital Sales
Content Creation
- Creating technical learning content and ensuring that all training content is regularly reviewed, improved and reported on to management
- Ensuring event recordings are uploaded and administrating the LMS to ensure content is correctly assigned

- Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs to enhance learning experiences and meet organisational goals. This includes creating training materials and delivering engaging workshops/learning sessions.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other educational technologies
- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from inception to completion
- Expertise in 1:1 coaching for individual development and performance improvement
