Role Purpose
You will be responsible for identifying training needs across our business, and for the project management, design, implementation, and evaluation of best-in-class practical learning solutions to enable employees to excel in their role, as well as develop new skills, knowledge and capabilities.
As part of your role, you will design high quality learning solutions, find opportunities for continuous improvement and manage learning projects, working effectively with both internal and external partners and subject matter experts as needed.
Knowledge & Experience
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in learning and development in a multi-site retail, manufaturing or FMCG environment, including experience designing learning programmes. A third level relevant qualification in HR or business-related field/ professional training qualification is desirable.
About You
You have demonstrable experience of the full learning and development cycle from gap analysis through to evaluation and have robust experience using learning technologies and virtual tools (webinar platforms) to enhance the learning experience for our colleagues.
Strong communication skills are critical, as such you are adept at working with a variety of stakeholders and are effective at managing learning projects, clearly communicating progress to colleagues and stakeholders, with the ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and coordinate work across teams.
You have strong design experience, developing high quality, engaging learning solutions across multiple business areas and have a good understanding of emerging trends in learning and development.
Your experience, drive and passion for Learning and Development empowers you to work unsupervised and proactively on your own initiative.
Although based in Fonthill Dublin 22, the role will involve travel to all sites nationwide to deliver training and engage with our colleagues and as such you will have access to transport and be fully authorised to travel between ROI and NI.
