Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning, Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be instrumental in identifying training needs, developing educational programs, and fostering the growth of our employees. Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department leaders to identify training and talent development needs across the organization.
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training and talent development programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training and talent initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
- Manage the L&D and talent development budget, and negotiate contracts with external providers.
- Stay updated with the latest educational best practices, technologies, and talent management trends.
- Organize and lead talent development initiatives, including mentoring programs, leadership tracks, and career-pathing sessions.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and personal growth within the organization.
- Work closely with HR and management to identify high-potential employees and ensure they are given opportunities for advancement.
- Monitor and evaluate talent development programs to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Establish a system to track employee progress, certifications, and talent milestones.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
- [3 years] of experience in training, development, and talent management.
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Proven track record of successful talent development initiatives.
- Familiarity with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management Systems (TMS).
