Our office is based in Trafford park with free on-site car parking and close proximity to both the M62 and Parkway tram stop (Trafford Centre Tram Line). Office hours are 07:00am until 18:30pm Monday to Friday. The building has several kitchens, a canteen area, and a relaxation room.

The role
The HR Department are a strong team of 9 staff in a large office and we are continuing to expand. We provide guidance on a range of HR practises including employee relations, learning and development and resourcing. As a team we work collaboratively and independently with an excellent work ethic and in a positive encouraging atmosphere.
We are seeking a HR Advisor who will support Line Managers with people management issues and performance issues in line with company procedures. You will be responding to general HR queries and providing expert HR advice, guidance, and coaching. You will also be required to address employee grievances, investigate the facts, and provide appropriate outcomes.
The candidate
We are looking for someone who is either CIPD Qualified (or equivalent), are currently working towards their qualification. CIPD Level 3 is essential and CIPD Level 5 is desirable.
