Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities
Context:
- The candidate will join a global Learning & Development technology environment during a transition period, providing operational support across the Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and the Learning Experience Platform (Degreed/Client RISE). The role focuses on ensuring smooth learning operations, supporting users and administrators, maintaining compliance documentation in a validated GxP environment, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and business teams.
Team info:
- The candidate will primarily work within a small Digital Technology and Learning Technology ecosystem, collaborating closely with internal and external team members. The role also involves frequent interactions with business stakeholders, learning administrators, and external vendors/AMS partners. Strong teamwork and stakeholder management are important due to the number of interfaces involved.
Day to day:
- Support SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Client RISE (Degreed) operations.
- Manage learning-related tickets, requests, incidents, approvals, and escalations.
- Perform first-line troubleshooting and coordinate with technical experts when needed.
- Create and maintain user guides, job aids, training materials, and user communications.
- Deliver support and training to administrators and end users.
- Draft and update compliance documentation such as SOPs, URS, DIRA, and DFDs.
- Execute OQ/PQ testing activities, document evidence, and ensure GxP traceability.
- Follow up with vendors and AMS partners on open items, deliverables, and service levels.
- Maintain learning catalogs, content housekeeping, and learning pathways within the LXP.
- Support engagement initiatives, communications, and reporting activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by monitoring recurring issues and proposing solutions.
Years of experience in the position:
- Ideally 5–8 years of overall professional experience, but flexibility exists for the right candidate.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Learning Technology, LMS/LXP administration, Learning Operations, or a similar role.
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning is expected.
These requirements are all mandatory.
Must have:
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Previous experience in a validated GxP environment.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Knowledge of GxP documentation and compliance processes (SOPs, URS, testing documentation, etc.).
- Experience with ticket management and user support activities.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong stakeholder management and teamwork capabilities.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Degreed or another Learning Experience Platform (e.g., 360Learning).
- Experience with ServiceNow or another ITSM/ticketing tool.
- Experience with LMS implementations, integrations, or system administration.
- French language skills.
- Experience preparing training materials and delivering user training.
- Vendor management or AMS coordination experience.
- Advanced reporting and analytics exposure within learning platforms.
