Position: HR Compensation Specialist
Location: 100% Remote
Job Type: 12 months Contract – Possible extension
Job description:
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resource Compensation professional with extensive job architecture knowledge to support the total rewards team. This position will provide critical support throughout this job architecture project, significantly influencing our ability to successfully implement the new structure within the project timeline.
Deliverable: Maintaining schedule for interviewing managers and updating JDs.

Responsibilities:
· Support job architecture framework implementation from current to future state
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between new job architecture framework, compensation strategies, and talent management initiatives
· Meet 1:1 to interview managers to ensure clear and concise job descriptions that accurately reflect the duties, qualifications, and expectations for each role, assist with rewriting job description
· Identify opportunities to provide process efficiencies such as identifying role consolidation
· Provide guidance and support to HR business partners and managers on job architecture-related matters
· Support training sessions and workshops that educate managers on job architecture principles and processes
· Support job architecture project activities
· Assist with the creation of job architecture resource materials
Qualifications:
· Experience working on full life-cycle job architecture project
· In-depth knowledge of job analysis methodologies, job evaluation techniques, and compensation practices
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
· Strong influencing skills
· Project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects deliverables simultaneously
