This role is primarily focused on designing and facilitating instructor-led soft skills and leadership development programs rather than technical training or e-Learning development.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop instructor-led soft skills training programs focused on leadership, communication, teamwork, coaching, change management, customer focus, and workplace effectiveness.
- Create facilitator guides, participant workbooks, activities, case studies, and other classroom learning materials.
- Deliver engaging classroom and virtual workshops using interactive adult learning techniques.
- Facilitate learning experiences for team members and leaders across the organization.
- Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and develop learning solutions that support employee and leadership development.
- Apply adult learning principles and facilitation best practices to create engaging and impactful learning experiences.
- Measure training effectiveness and continuously enhance content and delivery based on participant feedback and business needs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in training, learning & development, leadership development, facilitation, adult education, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating soft skills and leadership development programs.
- Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience facilitating workshops for supervisors, managers, and senior leaders.
- Experience creating facilitator-led training materials, participant guides, workbooks, and learning activities.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into practical and engaging learning experiences.
- Experience facilitating leadership, communication, coaching, customer service, or team development training.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with virtual learning platforms and learning management systems.
- Experience in operational, supply chain, logistics, or corporate environments an asset.
