Corporate Talent Manager / Organizational Development
We are seeking a highly organized professional to build relationships and create a process that facilitates exposure between the schools we serve and various companies. This person will have an in-depth understanding of corporate infrastructure and be able to quickly identify potential work opportunities for our students.
As part of a small, fast-growing non-profit, all of our team members are professionals wear many hats - many of whom took a break in careers to raise families and are now ready to make a difference in the lives of underserved youth. We take an "all hands-on deck" approach and job roles change depending on business needs. Moving forward we envision many opportunities to get further involved in our developing organization.

Qualifications and Core Abilities:
- At least 5 years of continuous employment with a single company and a resume that demonstrates the handling of increasing levels of responsibility along the way.
- Amazing self-organizer and ability to organize others.
- A confident, professional and engaging phone demeanor that allows you to get past gatekeepers and facilitates direct conversations with the CEOs and other executives.
- Management capabilities a MUST - if you can't manage others, this is not the job for you.
- Google sheets (Excel) experience is a must.
- A love of creating and constantly improving systems and procedures.
- You will need a quiet place to work from home with both phone and computer access and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
Some duties and skills to be performed or needed:
- Create, book and confirm opportunities for students with and ensure that all parties are fully committed to the process
- Manage and maintain schedules for meetings, deadlines, assignments, and programs.
- Research - Help us find the right CEOs for the program as well as schools and students that need our help!
- General Administration work
- Extensive phone and written communication with CEOs and schools
. Flexible Schedule & Location:
- Monday to Friday (make your own hours primarily within regular business hours) Part-time (we expect a commitment of about 15-20 hours per week. Our core team works remotely, yet closely together 15-20 hours a week. Please note, this is not a part-time job that pairs well with having another part-time job since your availability for calls and team zoom meetings is crucial.
- Pay is $25 per hour with potential for bonuses
