This is a brand new role for the company.
Our client is looking for someone who can -
- Lead Learning Management System (LMS) administration and day-to-day training operations.
- Develop and execute internal training programs and learning content.
- Deliver external training initiatives to customers and industry partners.
- Support the company's social media presence by creating and sharing educational content
Preferred experience in construction, manufacturing, technical settings
5+ years in learning and development / instructional design roles
This is 100% on-site Monday-Friday in Charlotte
