We are looking for an experienced
LMS & Digital Learning Platform Administrator to join our global learning operations team. In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for our enterprise learning ecosystem, managing platform configurations, digital content distribution, user access, and tier-1/tier-2 support. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity, optimizing administrative workflows, and supporting large-scale platform migrations and integrations.
Responsibilities
- Platform Administration: Manage user accounts, role-based access, and organizational structures within enterprise Learning Management Systems (LMS). Configure learning paths, certifications, and automated workflows.
- Content Management: Upload, test, publish, and maintain digital learning assets, web-based courses, and localized content across multiple languages, enforcing corporate branding standards.
- Support & Consulting: Provide first- and second-level technical support via ticketing channels to end-users, administrators, and instructors. Advise internal stakeholders on system capabilities.
- Reporting & Quality Control: Generate routine and custom operational reports on platform utilization and completion rates. Conduct regular audits to ensure system health and data accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Assist in ongoing learning technology transformations, including platform migrations, system testing, release management, and process documentation.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems, Digital Media, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years in Learning Management System administration (e.g., Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar enterprise platforms), digital content lifecycle management, and user support operations.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience administering enterprise-grade LMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI standards and digital content deployment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data manipulation, reporting); Power BI is a strong plus.
- Experience with modern remote collaboration suites (MS 365, SharePoint, Teams) and ticketing solutions.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding analytical skills, a customer-service mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in an international, cross-functional environment.
- Language Requirement: English (C1/C2)
