We are hiring a creative
Instructional Designer & E-Learning Developer to design, build, and optimize high-impact learning solutions. In this role, you will turn complex subject matter into engaging Web-Based Trainings (WBTs), interactive multimedia assets, and structured blended learning programs aligned with modern adult learning principles.
Responsibilities
- Instructional Design & Content Creation: Translate business requirements and subject matter expertise into structured storyboards, scripts, participant workbooks, instructor guides, and interactive exercises.
- E-Learning Development: Build responsive digital learning modules using industry-standard web authoring software, integrating interactive elements, assessments, and structured navigation.
- Multimedia Production: Produce visual assets, Retouch graphics, and edit short-form training videos/animations (including visual enhancements, audio leveling, and subtitle integration) following brand guidelines.
- Quality Assurance & Testing: Perform rigorous functional and editorial reviews on developed modules, validating visual hierarchy, UX design, language precision, and LMS deployment readiness.
- Project Governance: Manage content development schedules, coordinate stakeholder review iterations, and maintain accurate media production documentation.
Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Human Resources, Communications, Business Education, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience designing and developing both asynchronous digital learning (WBTs) and synchronous classroom/blended training programs.
- Core Competencies:
- Strong foundation in adult learning theory (Andragogy, Bloom’s Taxonomy, Agile Learning Design, Learning Transfer).
- Applied User Experience (UX) principles in digital learning layout and interactive design.
- Technical & Design Tools:
- Proficiency in rapid e-learning authoring platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or enterprise web authoring tools).
- Competency in graphic and video editing applications (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Camtasia).
- Communication & Portfolio: Strong narrative and storytelling ability, flawless written English skills, and a proven track record of managing project deliverables independently.
- Language Requirement: English (C1/C2)
