Senior Learning & Development Specialist
Location: Doha, Qatar | Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to lead the design, development, and delivery of impactful learning initiatives that support organizational growth, leadership development, and workforce capability building.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating effective learning solutions, partnering with stakeholders, and driving initiatives that enhance employee development and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement learning and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identify capability gaps.
- Manage the end-to-end learning cycle, from design and delivery to evaluation and improvement.
- Develop blended learning solutions including workshops, coaching, digital learning, and experiential programs.
- Facilitate leadership and professional development initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to align learning solutions with business needs.
- Manage external learning partners and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Support leadership development, talent development, succession planning, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.
- 8–10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Learning.
- Strong expertise in instructional design, facilitation, and learning program management.
- Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning solutions.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
- L&D, coaching, or leadership development certifications are an advantage.
