Technical Training & Development Specialist in Tallinn
This role owns the practical execution layer of technical training at Swappie: the LMS ecosystem, e-learning content library, digital learning standards, and data reporting that allow our training function to scale. The output of this role is reusable infrastructure and frameworks, not one-off sessions.
As Technical Training and Development Specialist, you make learning easy, relevant, and accessible for frontline teams in our operations with a headcount of over 450 employees. Through effective onboarding and upskilling content, our Associates ramp up faster and make fewer errors ā leading to stronger site-level performance and a safer, more confident workforce. By professionalizing training delivery through LMS implementation, standardized e-learning, and data-driven improvement loops, you directly enable new technical category launches, multi-site training alignment, and faster new joiner ramp-up š
We welcome you to our friendly office in Tallinn, Saeveski area, just a quick bus/train ride from the city centre.
Key Responsibilities: Build, Create, Track, Coordinate

- LMS management: Serve as primary key user ā manage users, content assignments, learning paths, and compliance tracking, ensuring the LMS is the single source of truth for training records.
- Maintain Content Standards: Keep the content library and documentation framework current, applying standardized templates and updating materials within one month of any process change.
II. Create the Content (E-Learning & Digital Learning)
- Design E-Learning: Apply structured frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM or similar) to build engaging modules with clear learning objectives and embedded knowledge checks.
- Reduce Trainer Load: Convert theory content to digital formats, cutting trainer-manned hours per cohort while maintaining quality and learner satisfaction.
III. Track the Impact (Data, Analytics & Reporting)
- Report on Training Health: Build and maintain regular reporting on completion rates, knowledge check results, and new joiner ramp-up time.
- Find the Gaps: Use pivot analysis and LMS data to surface learning gaps and improvement opportunities before they become operational issues.
IV. Coordinate Delivery (Stakeholders & Project Ownership)
- Own Projects End-to-End: Manage L&D projects from stakeholder brief through delivery and impact review, aligning rollouts with operational go-live timelines.
We would love to hear from you if you master
