Learning and Development Partner
County Cavan | Hybrid working - 3 days onsite
The role
This role works closely with leaders, the People team and external delivery partners to coordinate, track and evaluate learning programmes. It has a strong programme coordination and stakeholder management focus, with ownership of the admin, scheduling and reporting that keeps a busy learning function running well.
What you'll be doing
- Act as a trusted point of contact for leaders and HR Business Partners across the business, and for external delivery partners, on all things learning-related
- Own the day-to-day coordination of learning programmes - scheduling, nominations, participant communications, attendance and completion tracking, supplier follow-up, and evaluation forms across multiple sites and functions
- Manage the detailed administrative work that keeps programmes on track - chasing attendance, collating reports, and keeping records accurate and up to date, alongside the more visible, high-profile moments
- Turn learning data into a clear picture for leadership - building dashboards and reports that show what's working, where the gaps are, and what to prioritise next
- Use feedback and performance data to judge what's actually landing, and feed that into ongoing improvements to programme design and delivery
- Support the design of learning materials and toolkits where useful, working alongside external delivery partners who lead most facilitation
- Play a role in the organisation's digital capability agenda - spotting where digital skills are lacking and helping build confidence and adoption of new tools and systems
What we're looking for
- Working towards, or holding, a recognised HR or L&D qualification
- Experience in a broad, generalist L&D role
- Highly organised, with strong administrative and coordination skills, and genuinely happy managing the detail - schedules, records, follow-ups, reporting
- Experience coordinating the end-to-end delivery of learning programmes — scheduling, stakeholder management, evaluation and reporting
- Confident using feedback and data to identify trends and inform improvements to learning programmes
- Comfortable using digital tools and platforms (e-learning, LMS, Microsoft 365) to support learning delivery, tracking and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility across all levels of the organisation
- A coaching or profiling accreditation is an advantage
What's on offer
- Salary 55,000 - 65,000 plus benefits, health ins & pension
