Job Title: Learning Delivery Advisor – Safety & Compliance
Duration: 12 months
Workload: Full time hours
Setup: Day rate contract inside IR35
Location: Pangbourne, Reading (with occasional London travel)
3 days onsite, 2 days remote
We are seeking a Learning Delivery Advisor to drive safety and compliance training initiatives through data-led insights and programme optimisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and optimise safety & compliance learning programmes aligned to business objectives
- Analyse learning data using reporting tools to measure performance, ROI, and behavioural impact
- Manage learning plans and support implementation across learning management systems (LMS)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve learning effectiveness and engagement
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Support cross-functional projects and promote a data-driven learning culture
Must-Have Skills:
- Experience in Learning & Development (L&D) with a strong data analytics focus
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience working with LMS and learning technologies
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience within safety & compliance training environments
- Knowledge of learning impact measurement and ROI methodologies
- Background in data analytics or business intelligence tools
