You will be responsible for designing and implementing learning programs that enhance employees' skills and knowledge, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, while ensuring our workforce is equipped with the latest Microsoft certifications to excel in their roles.

Your main responsibilities would be:
- Develop and continuously improve a company-wide learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Build and maintain a structured learning framework supporting employee development, onboarding, upskilling, and career growth.
- Design and drive a Microsoft certification strategy to increase technical capabilities across the organization.
- Define and maintain learning paths for internal teams for their onboarding and adoption journey.
- Identify skill gaps and design targeted learning programs to address business needs.
- Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.
- Measure training effectiveness by creating and using KPIs, feedback, certification results, and business impact metrics, continuously improving learning programs based on insights.
- Manage and standardize training materials, learning content, templates, certification paths, and processes while ensuring content remains current and relevant.
- Research and introduce modern learning approaches, digital learning tools, and best practices to enhance employee engagement and knowledge retention.
What we expect from you:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in learning & development, enablement, training, organizational development, or talent development roles within an IT or technology environment.
- Proven experience building learning strategies and training programs from the ground up.
- Experience driving certification programs and structured learning journeys is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with Microsoft learning pathways, certification programs, and technology enablement initiatives is a strong advantage.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, instructional design, and curriculum development skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience measuring training effectiveness and business impact.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-driven, and solution-oriented attitude with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
