We are looking for
Global Learning & Development Manager (m/f/d)
at one of our locations in EMEA region - in Germany (Pfullingen) or Hungary (Budaörs)
Your tasks:We are expanding and seeking for a Learning & Development Manager to build and drive our global learning strategy across manufacturing sites and competence centers. This role will establish the foundations of our L&D function, designing and implementing development programs that support leadership growth, workforce capability, and business transformation.
Define and implement the global Learning & Development strategy aligned with business goals across manufacturing sites and competence centers.
Establish global learning policies, standards, and processes; build a scalable operating model for learning across the organization.
Design and launch leadership development, high-potential, and capability-building programs to support succession planning and future workforce needs.
Partner with Global HR to select and implement a modern learning platform and ensure adoption across locations.
Develop competency frameworks and role-based learning paths for both blue- and white-collar roles, ensuring global consistency with local relevance.
Implement learning analytics, KPIs, and reporting to measure program effectiveness and continuously improve development initiatives
8-10 years of work experience in Learning & Development with global scope
Proven track record in building L&D function from scratch and delivering hands-on, real results
Experience working with blue- and white collar population
Demonstrated capability to design leadership development and talent programs
Knowledge of modern L&D technologies
Experience with learning analytics, dashboards and measuring impact Job Description
Soft skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills; Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and ability to influence without formal authority
Automotive experience preferred
