Purpose of the position: As [
Learning & Development Lead], you will be part of the (
Training & Development) team within [
HR Department]. You will manage and support and Lead the Learning & Development function across the three Saudi entities by developing and implementing an integrated learning strategy, maximizing the existing academy, and establishing a sustainable knowledge transfer framework.
How can you support us? Here are below your responsibilities:
- Develop the annual Learning & Development strategy.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
- Manage the annual training calendar and budget.
- Maximize utilization of the Training Academy.
- Design and coordinate technical, engineering and administrative training programs.
- Establish a formal Knowledge Transfer Program.
- Develop internal trainers (SMEs).
- Manage LMS and training records.
- Measure training effectiveness and report KPIs.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 5–10 years in Learning & Development - Industrial / EPC / Oil & Gas experience preferred.
Languages: Saudi National (preferred) - Fluent English
Technical Skills: Excel – Power BI
IT Skills: MS Office
