Core Focus of the Role
- Professional Outreach & Identification Engage with experienced professionals and leadership candidates through digital outreach strategies.

- Onboarding & Mentorship Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.
