Work Pattern: Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary: £30,804 per annum
Location: Sale Road Norwich - NR7
- Due to the nature of the role a driver licence with business insurance and access to a vehicle is essential for this role, mileage is paid at 45p per mile for cars after your home to work base mileage is deducted.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how learning is delivered across our organisation, helping staff build the skills, knowledge, and confidence they need to make a real difference in people’s lives.
About The Role
As our learning and development trainer, you will support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our internal training. Working closely with the Learning and Development Service Manager and wider team, you will create engaging learning experiences that bring topics like mental health awareness, workplace wellbeing, suicide intervention, and recovery to life.
You will deliver training in a variety of formats, from face-to-face sessions and virtual workshops to creating e-learning modules, helping to make our training accessible, engaging, and impactful.
In This Role You Will
Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions that meet the needs of diverse audiences
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and maintain a training schedule aligned to organisational priorities
Co-design content with subject matter experts to ensure training is accurate, relevant, and meaningful
Support the development of training plans through a robust training needs analysis (TNA)
Monitor, evaluate and report on training activity, contributing to ongoing improvement
Keep up to date with developments and best practice in mental health and social care training
Help develop innovative learning approaches, including digital and blended learning

To be considered for the role candidates need to have:
A recognised training or teaching qualification (e.g. PTLLS, AET, Cert Ed, or equivalent)
Experience delivering engaging training or facilitating groups
Ideally have experience within a mental health, wellbeing, or social care setting
Strong understanding of mental health, wellbeing, and recovery principles
