Encompass Training Specialist (Remote)
We are seeking an experienced Encompass Training Specialist to support a growing mortgage organization. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive hands-on experience with Encompass and enjoys helping others improve their knowledge, efficiency, and confidence with the system.
The successful candidate will work closely with both Sales and Operations teams, providing training, onboarding support, and ongoing guidance to ensure employees are utilizing Encompass effectively throughout the loan lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions for new hires and existing employees on Encompass LOS
- Support Loan Officers, Processors, Underwriters, and Operations staff with system-related questions and best practices
- Develop training materials, user guides, job aids, and process documentation
- Assist with onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
- Promote consistent workflows and increased system utilization across departments
- Identify training opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Partner with leadership to support operational efficiency and user adoption
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS)
- Comprehensive understanding of the mortgage process from application through closing
- Prior experience conducting training, coaching, or user support
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working with both production and operational mortgage teams

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
